Multi-year Accessibility Implementation Plan 2026–2028
This plan sets the trajectory for making the Fulɓe Fuuta website accessible over three years, in accordance with article 47 of law no. 2005-102 of 11 February 2005 and the RGAA.
Scope
Public site of the encyclopedia (anonymous reading), authentication, contributions, member account, and administration interfaces.
Objectives
- 2026 — Stabilize technical foundations (HTML structure, contrast, focus, alternatives) and publish mandatory pages (declaration, schema, action plan).
- 2027 — Conduct an Ara / RGAA 4.1 compliance audit on a representative sample, publish the compliance rate, and address priority non-conformities.
- 2028 — Achieve full or partial conformity (≥ 50% of criteria) based on audit results, and maintain the level through non-regression testing.
Governance
Accessibility improvements are integrated with product development. User feedback (contributions, email) informs the annual action plan.
